We are seeking dedicated Training and Support Specialists to facilitate the implementation and smooth operation of the Institutional Governance Platform (IGP) across schools. The role involves training stakeholders, providing on-ground support, and ensuring the platform’s functionalities are effectively utilized to meet institutional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Capacity Building:
- • Conduct training sessions for school staff, administrators, and stakeholders on IGP functionalities and workflows.
- • Develop user-friendly training materials, guides, and FAQs tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Implementation and Support:
- • Assist in setting up and configuring the IGP at the assigned school.
- • Provide on-ground support during the initial implementation phase and resolve any user issues.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for IGP-related queries at the school level.
- • Facilitate feedback collection from users and share insights with the central team for system enhancements.
- System Monitoring and Reporting:
- • Monitor the usage and performance of the IGP, ensuring adherence to prescribed workflows and processes.
- • Generate reports on platform usage, stakeholder engagement, and training outcomes.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- • Work closely with the Principal and school teams to address implementation challenges.
- • Coordinate with the Director IT and the central team at HO for functional updates and escalations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Qualification:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, Management, or related fields.
- Experience:
- • 4-5 years of experience in training, IT support, or education technology roles preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- • Familiarity with ERP platforms or school management systems is desirable.
- • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other digital collaboration tools.
- Soft Skills:
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- • Ability to train and engage diverse user groups effectively.
